You’ve probably heard of the dog whisperer or even the ghost whisperer… but what about the potty whisperer?
As a mother who works from home, the idea of potty training in a single day sounds simply amazing. How is that possible though? Can it really be done? Apparently, the “potty whisperer” is successful in doing just that 98% of the time. A parent or caregiver comes to the “booty camp”, but will not be actively engaged in the training. Sweeney sets parents aside while she goes to work in transforming your little one’s thinking process about going to the potty on their own. However, she trains the parent just as much so that the parent has the working knowledge needed to take home with them at day’s end.
Potty training can be a daunting task, I know. I am semi-potty-training if there is such a thing. My little one is a little behind on speech, so we are taking it a bit slower than would be expected due to the communication factor.
