Since Christmas is near, I am already preparing our Holiday menu. The list would include not so healthy stuff, because it’s the time for feast. I need to cross out dieting for this season; I can always rely on diet pills to get me back into shape.
Christmas is a good excuse to forget about dieting. So this year, my Holiday menu would be filled with food that adults and children will surely enjoy. Be a hearty-eater during this season. It only comes once a year, so you have to enjoy every moment of it with your family and friends.
