THE CAT’S EYE – A TYPICAL GIRARD Perregaux WATCH FOR LADIES

December 4th, 2009 Mom Posted in Fun Stuff No Comments »

Women are great lovers of wrist watches all over the world. The kinds of watches they wear are always very slim and sexy. They are always quite different from the ones used by men all over the world. Among the leading replica watches for women, the Cat’s Eye model which is a typical instance of Girard Perregaux watch is very awesome. So many women like the watch for its peculiar features.

The replica lady watch model is first of all the carbon copy of the original version invented in 1852 by a couple namely Constant Girrard and Marie Perregaux. This couple did their best in blessing the watch industry with the wonderful brand and its models.
The replica Cat’s Eye is meant solely for the ladies. It is a watch every fashionable woman goes out for.

The Basic Features
The replica Cat’s Eye is very slim and sexy in nature. It has very slim facial compartment with unique facial glass made of the mineral crystal element that is always very glossy.
The replica watch is known for its sexy leather bands which are always very tiny meant for the slim hands of women all over the world.

The Cat’s Eye has wonderful glow-in-the-dark hour markers and hands that remain very visible in dark places of the night. This makes it the delight of many young ladies.
The unique watch is also powered by the Japanese quartz movement which gingers it to the right actions all the time. It also has a self winding mechanism that makes it very automatic in the task of accurate time regulation.
In all, the replica watch is very good for all women, young and old. It is also very affordable.
A revised sample coordinates the mod wallet.

Throwing a Great Kids Party

February 23rd, 2009 Mom Posted in Fun Stuff No Comments »

nullOn the face of it, organizing a children’s party doesn’t seem to be a particularly daunting prospect. You invite the children, buy decorations, other childrens party supplies and food and organize a couple of games, that’s all there is to it!… or is it?

There is a strong need to keep children occupied, happy and having fun. A party with bored, miserable and fed-up children can often be considered an anarchic riot rather than a friendly event. There are a few factors to be considered in the process of organizing a children’s party.

1: KISS!

A massively overused concept and, often an annoyance, the KISS! principle is a poignant idea in regards to your youngster’s party. The principle, for those who don’t know, stands for Keep It Simple Stupid! If you give a very young child the latest in infantile gadgetry chances are the youth will find more enjoyment in the packaging than the content. This principle can be applied when buying children’s party supplies and organizing the event. There is no need to plan party games for every second of the party, you don’t need to hire a petting zoo, your cat or dog will suffice.

2: Incentive Games

Use party games when you feel the children/ mini-guests are starting to get bored, it is remarkable just how much time children can spend entertaining themselves. By doing this you will not have to dream up a myriad of different activities, and, at the end of the day, a group of children running around the garden is more fun than dealing with unsuccessful contestants.

A few party game ideas

  • Pass the Parcel
  • Musical Chairs
  • Musical Statues
  • Hot Potato
  • What’s the time Mr Wolf?
  • Marco Polo – requires a pool

3: Decorations

As with all the ideas discussed on this page, keep the decorations simple. Nothing is more fun to a child than pulling down that banner which just so happens to be snagged on your priceless Ming vase. You have to have the obligatory happy birthday balloons on the front gate, children don’t have sat-nav. As for the inside have a couple of “Happy Birthday Banners” on the walls, out of reach to prying hands, of course. And let the plastic party cups, plates, cakes, hats and all the other paraphernalia be your decoration.

4: Timing

Make it mid afternoon and keep it short. You don’t want to have everyone come round at 9am and leave at 7pm. Just a couple of hours will do. This leaves you ample time to prepare in the morning and clean up in the late afternoon. It goes without saying that the longer the party is, the more you will have to prepare, so why cause undue headaches?

5: It will never be perfect

As with most things in life the odds are highly stacked against you and something, usually minor, will go wrong. You may forget the cake or little jimmy may refuse to join in, there is nothing, in preparation, that you can do about this. Just go with the flow and try and make the whole experience as crease free as possible. It is worth having contact details of all parents involved in case of emergency. When sending out invites request an RSVP with contact details.

All in all it is relatively hard to go wrong with a children’s party. The problems that usually arise are trivial and there is no need for panic or dismay.

A True Diet Pill?

October 8th, 2008 Mom Posted in Fun Stuff No Comments »

Still on the search for a diet pill that lives up to everything that they advertise? I’m a firm believer that a diet pill all by itself is not going to solve all of your problems. No matter which one you choose to try out, I believe you will always see optimal results if you put in a little effort to go along with it… even if it’s just a 15 minute walk down the road and back! What diet pills have you tried? Did they work?

If you’ve been reading, you know that we have a little thing going on to find the best diet pills with the holidays approaching and all. It’s always great to know that you aren’t alone, to offer your experience, and learn from other’s experiences as well.

Do Weight Loss Pills Work?

October 1st, 2008 Mom Posted in Fun Stuff No Comments »

So, it’s coming up on another holiday season. Friends are already talking about the weight they don’t want to gain, and how they are going to deal with it if they do. We decided to do a little group project, if you want to call it that. Each of us are going to find two resources that we think are helpful and we’ll combine them to come up with some of the best options.

I’ve only searched a little bit, but so far I have one. This one will hopefully help us choose a great weight loss pill that actually works, if we opt to go with a pill option that is. Do you have a resource that you have found particularly helpful, or something that you do during the holiday season to avoid weight loss (or lose if it does happen)? If so, please feel free to share it and maybe you’ll end up on my list.

Your Slogan Should Be

Between Love and Madness Lies Veronica

The Slogan Generator

I found this fun little place while I was browsing around at Henry’s World. Yeah, it may be a little cheesy, but who couldn’t use a little more cheese in their life these days? When I actually take or have the time, I enjoy finding quirky little things that can bring a much needed chuckle! So, if you are brave enough, why not head over and see what your slogan should be!
