Climate change has a big impact in our country. Areas where flood rarely happens became very common. For instance, in some high areas in Metro Manila, continuous rain will cause flood.

If the roads are flooded then expect a heavy traffic. Motorists would not risk going through flooded areas, they would just wait inside their vehicles until the flood subsides.

Time for 3 R’s

I think I need time for my 3 R’s; that is for rest, recreation and relaxation. It’s been quite a long week for me, and my tired muscles are screaming in pain. Our bodies are like cars, we need to have some time to do an overhaul or even a monthly maintenance will do.

If we don’t take care of our body, no one else will do it for us. So I decided to visit my favorite Spa and Massage parlor; those tired muscles were relaxed during an aromatherapy massage. The place was so relaxing and every details of the interior designs compliment each other, even the spa covers goes with the theme of the place.

I can’t help but to become sentimental whenever I pass by the Men’s section when I do a little shopping. I can still vividly remember how I go through the racks of mens ties to find the best one for my husband.

He looked so adorable wearing suits and the ties that I bought for him were his personal favorite. Now that we are going through a difficult phase in life, we still hang on to God’s promise that with Him, nothing is impossible. But with or without those business suits, I tell my hubby how adorable he still is.

A test from God

I couldn’t eat and couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t even read properly a single line in www.acnecuresrevealed.net without worrying for my hubby. He is still in the Intensive Care Unit recovering from his stroke a few days ago. Upto now, he cant move his arm and can’t speak very well, I just wish he recovers soon, it breaks my heart everytime I see him cry, my family and friends already sent me their support and prayers I just wish god could hear me one more time.

There are manufacturers which use asbestos for their products; and asbestos is a hazzardous chemical that can cause disease such as Asbestos cancer. There are procedures that can help in eradication of cancer cells in human body. Prevention is always better than cure, make mother earth a healthy place to live in by being mindful of our environment.

I was reading about hair loss for men and got surprise when I learned that early hair loss was associated with male prostate cancer. It was studied back in 2005 up to now that the there might be a significant connection between the two.Experts think that high level of testosterone will lead to early signs of baldness in the 30’s and then may increase the risk of prostate cancer. A medication that lowers down the testosterone levels is one type of treatment to reduce the advancement of cancer.

Studies are still in progress right now and conclusions are not cleared in the results, but I’m hoping that they’ll find relevant studies soon, which will cure all types of cancer. It’s really hard to cope if one or one of the family members has cancer. Well let us pray for the best and hopefully cancer will be stopped soon.

Everyday, watching news from the cable is my usual routine. Once in awhile I go online to read in fascinating things that is happening in the Philippines. I also browse internet to see what is the hottest news and sometimes checks the weather forecast. I was doing the laundry when I remembered to check my emails. As I go online, there was this health message in my inbox which is about the causes Mesothelioma.

I got curious, so I opened and read it. It says in the letter that there are carcinogenic materials (materials that causes cancer) that came from asbestos, which is a common material use in construction site. I really appreciate that I got the health advisory because a few weeks from now, We will be redecorating the house and might use asbestos in the process. We are just going to be careful in using that material in redecorating the house

I never had imagined that my face will survive without the help of any wrinkle lotion. It has been a year since I last used Ponds. One of the products in the Philippines that my face already got used to.

Ever since I started to use make up products, Ponds never failed me. Well, I haven’t tried other beauty products in the market because of two reasons. Why? besides from there expensive price, they’re not really tested specifically for Philippine skin. And why gamble on other skin care products if you could have the same effect with as twice as low as the original price .
