Getting Ready for 2011

November 23rd, 2010 Mom Posted in Personal, Personal and Family Health, Women's health No Comments »

The year is almost over, and I can say that it was not a smooth journey through 2010. But  there are a lot of things to be thankful for; like my hubby is doing well and my grandson will be coming out to see the world anytime soon. Overall the year was great!

In a couple of weeks, 2011 will be here. Another year to look forward to, it also means another year will be added in our age. I am starting to check and review how hgh works.

I would not want to look old even as my age increase. I will try to maintain positive outlook in life, I hate to seeing lines on my forehead. I strive to be cheerful and happy in every way I can.

Natural Skin Care Tips

November 16th, 2010 Mom Posted in Personal and Family Health, Women's health No Comments »

Age is nothing but numbers; you have the option to grow old or mature gracefully. I would definitely choose the latter; growing old does not give you the license to neglect yourself.

You still need to take care of your body most especially your skin so you would not worry about buying anti-aging creams and  anti- acne products. Here are some natural skin care tips that you can follow:

  • Drink enough water. It helps eliminates toxins inside your body. Eight glasses is ideal
  • Have enough fiber. 25 grams of fiber is recommended intake of women age 19-50 years old.
  • Improve your digestion. A good skin is a product of good digestive system.
  • Do something to improve your blood circulation. Inactivity may cause increase in stress level. So get moving!

Unsolicited Advises from Mom

October 25th, 2010 Mom Posted in Personal and Family Health, Women's health No Comments »

My daughter would be giving birth to my first grandchild. I am really excited about it. Since my daughter will be a first time Mom, I can’t help but give some unsolicited advises on baby care and getting back to shape after giving birth. I would like to believe that I am an expert with child rearing, because my kids grew up well.

With regard to weight loss, I am still trying to figure out which method is the best. I have read some positive reviews about hydroxycut and I am now comparing it with other methods. I think my daughter will be breast feeding her baby so I need to consider that in looking for weight loss programs.

To Look and Feel Younger

October 21st, 2010 Mom Posted in Personal and Family Health, Women's health No Comments »

To age gracefully for women is a big achievement. It is flattering that people would often have your age mistaken, which made them remark that you look younger than your real age. Some acquaintances could not even believe that I am a soon-to-be grandmom. I would like to think it is because of the positive outlook I have in life.

There are so many not-so-nice things that happened like hubby getting sick; but I am still thankful that God never left us during the trying times. In fact, He is sending us an angel pretty soon and I am pretty excited about it. I have never tried taking supplements apart from multivitamins; but a friend told me about hgh supplements which can help you feel and look younger.

Side effects of Diet pills

June 4th, 2010 Mom Posted in Women's health No Comments »

While every woman seems to be hooked with the use of diet pills in attaining a more stunning figure, there are still factors to be considered should you wish to endow yourself with it.

The side effects of diet pills are often cramps, headache, dizziness or even insomnia. At times, they can also give you gastrointestinal problems like abdominal pain or rectal twinge due to fecal urgency or diarrhea. There are also various weight loss pills that can augment the risk of heart attack, produce irregular heartbeat or can even trigger a heart disease and constant palpitation.

You must be very cautious in getting hold of these diet pills. Remember, health is far more important than a slimmer or more slender body.
