Stressed
I don’t need any Lipofuze pills anymore with all the stress I’m getting from my son. He said that he wants to continue studying again and is asking for allowances again. It’s really hard to become a working mom especially when you have a son that thinks that money are sinful object and should be spent immediately once received. He had this training for nurses which provides him certification about I.V. insertion but he won’t be using it for awhile again because he says that he wants to go back in studying for his Masteral. If I knew that finishing nursing would be this expensive and would be this hard to find a job I would have stop him from taking this course. Oh I just wished that he’d find a job soon because me and hubby are already planning up to stay in the Philippines for good.
My Son the Nurse
Have I shared to you that my son and I had a misunderstanding before about taking his licensure examination for nursing? He didn’t speak with me for weeks which really broke my heart. It was a very hard time not to be in speaking terms with my youngest and I think I didn’t need any diet pill anymore to loose weight.
He was still young that time and still can’t understand what a real adult must do but I am glad my eldest was there to support me. I don’t know now if he still continuously thinks that way. He is now back in the Philippines, he mentioned that he’ll be taking another licensure exam this coming November but this time it’s for the midwifery licensure. I’m not really cool with it but I hope that he finds a job that suits his nursing career. Giving allowance to him will be a burden soon if he still can’t find a job.
Summer days
Summer is here and on my free days I would like to sit outside and enjoy the sun with hubby and my pet dog and cat. If I have enough money I would like to purchase a new garden set and maybe some outdoor pillows like the ones I saw at the hotel I am working at. I hope they sell something similar like that at Walmart or Home Depot.
Home Makeover
My husband is a handyman, a contractor and an inventor. He sometimes get jobs for a kitchen renovation or sometimes even a house makeover. Being in his field of work gives us an advantage in sourcing materials if we need it ourselves. Like we are missing a glass tile in our kitchen counter. He can easily get these from wholesale shops at very good prices.
Computer Talk
I am not much of a techie. I do know how to operate a computer but if I stumble across any problem, I would always have to go ask my daughter. Like when I bought myself a laptop, she advised me to buy an extra computer memory for back up purposes so in case my laptop get a virus or something, I wouldn’t lose my datas which mostly consist of memorable pictures.
I am glad my daughter know all these stuff.
Musical talent
My daughter always wanted to enroll in extra curricular activities like karate lessons, piano lessons, ballet class but when she was growing up but we couldn’t afford to pay for this extra stuff. It breaks my heart whenever I need to tell her she can’t go because we don’t have the money. She would sometimes joke around and say the reason she doesn’t have talent is because I didn’t send her to this classes. I really wish we could have provided this for her.
Now that she will have a child of her own, I know she will do her best to provide for her child or children. She has grown up into a nice young woman and I know she will be an even be better parent. If the child wants a piano lesson or singing lesson I am sure my daughter will provide it.
Thoughts on my job
The job I have right now is pretty physical. I am hoping that in the future I could find another job which is less physical. I am not getting any younger and I don’t know how long my body can take this toll. I would like to work in an office. I can be a secretary or personal assistant.
I also saw a job offer last weekend – energy auditor. I think I can also be an energy auditor, but to qualify for that position I would have to get a energy auditor certification first. I would need to read more about that.
Happy Mother’s Day
I was surprised to see a card that I have a package waiting for me at the post office. First I thought it’s the fat burner supplements sample I signed up for way back but to my surprise it is a gift basket from my daughter. It’s a basket full of yummy goodies like chocolates and biscuits and some liquor too. Well after consuming all these, I think I will definitely need to get those fat burners ASAP.

Weight Problem
I have a niece who’s on the heavy side. She wasn’t like that when she was growing up but one day I was just surprised to see how big she has become. I don’t know what happened to her. She did try to lose weight by working out and dieting but somehow she always failed at it. A friend of mine mentioned once that she used a diet pill called apidexin to help her lose weight, I wonder if this is safe. Have you heard of this pill?
Cellphone Needs
Sometimes my cell has a very weak signal so I have been meaning to find me one of those cell signal booster. I wonder if they indeed will help me get a better signal.
As you know, everybody uses the cellphone to communicate and if it doesn’t have a signal, it’s pretty useless I think. From kids to adult, cellphone nowadays are simply a necessity.
