What’s Your Resolution and Sticking with It
New Year’s resolutions. Everybody makes them. But does anybody really keep them? I, myself, have resolutions this year and last year, and the years before that. Some of them I stick with, some I find a hard time keeping. So maybe a good New Year’s resolution is to commit whole-heartedly to your New Year’s resolution? Or resolve to not make any New Year’s resolution anymore since you’re so bad at keeping them. LOL.
Either way, any resolution has to be realistic, otherwise you’d just be fooling yourself. Do not make your resolutions on New Year’s eve. Those are the most likely to not be kept, so make them early. Make your resolution known to family and friends. They might help you in sticking with it. Keep a list, as you might forget. Track your progress and reward yourself if you’ve accomplished your resolution. Just don’t obsess over them, as that’s not healthy.
Happy New Year Everyone!
